What is GrabZWay?

GrabZWay is a rental marketplace that connects customers with trusted rental businesses across multiple locations. You can browse a wide range of products, check availability at nearby branches, and rent what you need — all in one place.

How do I rent a product?

Browse our catalog and select the product you want to rent. Choose your preferred rental start and end dates, then check availability. You'll see a list of branches that have the product in stock. Simply connect with your preferred branch to complete the rental.

How do I check product availability?

On the product detail page, select your desired rental start date and return date, then click "Check Availability." The system will show you all branches where the product is available for your selected dates, along with the branch address so you can choose the most convenient one.

What is a deposit and how does it work?

Some products require a refundable security deposit at the time of rental. The deposit amount is shown on the product page. It is collected by the branch when you pick up or receive the product and is refunded when you return the item in its original condition.

Can I pick up the product from a branch, or will it be delivered?

Both options are available depending on the branch. Some branches offer customer delivery to your address, while others support branch pickup. You can see the available options and the branch address when you check product availability.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods vary by branch but typically include Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfer. The branch will inform you about available payment options when you connect with them. We will soon be introducing online payment options along with online booking to make the rental process even more seamless.

What if the product gets damaged during my rental?

You are responsible for any damage to the product during the rental period. Repair or replacement charges may be deducted from your security deposit. We recommend handling all items with care. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

How do I register my rental business on GrabZWay?

If you own a rental business and want to list your products on GrabZWay, please get in touch with our sales team. They will guide you through the onboarding process, help you set up your branches, list your products, and get started with receiving rental orders from customers. How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed by the branch, you can track its status including delivery or pickup details. The branch will keep you updated on the progress of your rental.

Are there any organisation-specific terms or policies I should be aware of?

Yes. Terms and conditions, rules, and return policies may also be defined by each organisation and their respective branches. We recommend reviewing the policies mentioned by the organisation before confirming your booking to avoid any surprises.
