GrabZWay is a discovery platform that connects customers with verified local partners. You can browse shared product and service listings, then connect directly with the partner to complete your deal.
How does GrabZWay work today?
Browse listings on GrabZWay, choose what you need, and connect with the verified partner (for example by phone, email, or WhatsApp). Price, availability, payment, delivery or pickup, and handoff are agreed and completed directly between you and the partner — off the GrabZWay platform.
Does GrabZWay sell products or take payment?
No. GrabZWay does not sell or purchase goods on your behalf and does not process payments for partner deals today. Any payment is between you and the partner. On-platform buying and rental flows may be added later; until then, GrabZWay is a connect-and-share platform.
Who is responsible for price, quality, delivery, and returns?
The partner. Listing details on GrabZWay are shared for discovery. Terms of the deal — including quality, pricing, delivery, returns, deposits, and warranties — are set by the partner and agreed with you directly. GrabZWay is not a party to that agreement.
Are partners verified?
Partners join GrabZWay through our business onboarding. Verification helps customers find legitimate local organisations. Always review partner details and agree terms with them before you pay or take delivery.
Can I rent or buy on GrabZWay today?
You can discover rental and sale listings and connect with partners. Completing a rental or purchase happens offside with the partner for now. Full on-platform selling and rental may come later.
What about services (repair, installation, etc.)?
Service listings work the same way: browse on GrabZWay, then connect with the partner to book and pay directly with them.
How do I register my business on GrabZWay?
Use Sell on GrabZWay to register your organisation, or contact us via the Contact Us page. Our team can help you get set up to share listings with customers.
What if I have a dispute with a partner?
Resolve issues directly with the partner first — they handle the deal and handoff. For platform or account questions, contact GrabZWay support. GrabZWay is not responsible for partner transactions or off-platform payments.
