1. Introduction

Welcome to GrabZWay. GrabZWay is a discovery and connection platform that helps customers find and connect with verified partner organisations ("Partners"). Listings on GrabZWay are shared for discovery. GrabZWay is not the seller, buyer, or rental company for partner goods or services, and is not a party to any deal between you and a Partner.

By accessing this website and/or using our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
• GrabZWay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings & Partner Content

• Product, rental, and service listings are provided by Partners for discovery and information. Partners own and control their offerings.
• Listing details (including prices, availability, images, and descriptions) may change and may not always reflect real-time Partner inventory or final commercial terms.
• GrabZWay does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any listing for a particular purpose.

4. Connecting with Partners

• GrabZWay helps you discover Partners and initiate contact. The handoff and completion of any arrangement happen off-platform between you and the Partner.
• You should review Partner identity, policies, and commercial terms before paying, collecting, or receiving any product or service.
• Communication channels (phone, email, messaging apps, or in person) are between you and the Partner unless GrabZWay expressly provides another channel.

5. No Sale, Purchase, or Rental Contract with GrabZWay

At present, GrabZWay operates as a connect-and-share platform. GrabZWay does not sell products to you, purchase products from you, or enter into a rental or service contract with you for Partner offerings. Any sale, rental, service booking, deposit, delivery, return, or warranty is solely between you and the Partner.

On-platform selling or rental features may be introduced later. Until then, these Terms apply to discovery and connection only.

6. Payments

• Payments for Partner deals are made directly between you and the Partner (for example cash, UPI, or bank transfer), unless GrabZWay later offers an explicit on-platform payment feature and you choose to use it.
• GrabZWay is not responsible for managing, reconciling, refunding, or disputing payments handled outside the GrabZWay platform.
• Catalog prices shown on GrabZWay are indicative and may include tax information for reference; final charges are confirmed with the Partner.

7. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

GrabZWay acts as a connector between customers and Partners. GrabZWay is not the owner of Partner products or services and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a Partner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrabZWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from any transaction or dispute between customers and Partners.

8. Partner Policies

Each Partner may define additional terms for their branch or offerings. Those Partner terms govern your relationship with that Partner. GrabZWay's Terms govern your use of the GrabZWay website and connection tools only.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this website. Continued use of GrabZWay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
